Healthwatch Lambeth was in a tight spot when their communications officer left for pastures new. The team is small but the workload is not, and they needed someone to step in immediately to keep up the delivery of the monthly newsletter.
I gave Healthwatch Lambeth one day of support per month. I shared a campaign schedule and set deadlines for the team, who promptly sent me their content for each issue. I worked promptly to write, format, and deliver each monthly campaign.
In addition to delivering the monthly newsletter, I also worked with the team to design that year’s Annual Report. This involved collecting large amounts of articles and case studies from the team. I copy edited and proofed the text, and then applied it carefully to the report template. We completed the project to a very high standard, and before the due date.
